Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will visit Uzbekistan from September 24-28 for the AIIB annual meeting. The visit includes signing a Bilateral Investment Treaty to enhance economic cooperation and participating in the India-Uzbekistan Business Forum.

FM Nirmala Sitharaman will attend the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank Meeting in Samarkand, hold bilateral meetings, and sign BIT with Uzbekistan.

FM Sitharaman will hold bilateral meetings with her counterparts from Uzbekistan, Qatar and China, along with the AIIB President. The Finance Minister will attend the meeting as the Indian Governor to the AIIB,
