Over 33,000 Boeing workers who have been on strike for the past seven weeks are headed back to work after a Monday vote by union members who narrowly approved a new labor contract with the aerospace giant.

The deal includes pay raises of 38% over four years, and ratification and productivity bonuses. Boeing refused to meet a demand to restore a company pension plan.

About 33,000 workers at the aerospace manufacturer had been on strike for nearly two months, having rejected two earlier contract offers.
