Chappell Roan isn't endorsing a candidate for president. While this seems hardly newsworthy, the internet virtually erupted in horror that the 26-year-old musician, who shot to fame earlier this year, doesn't want to use her frame to urge fans to vote for Vice President Kamala Harris.

The pop star's comments come after she's been outspoken about various issues since rocketing to fame this year and fellow musicians like Taylor Swift and Billie Eilish have endorsed Kamala Harris.

Chappell Roan is far from being neutral or "both sides"-ing — she's criticizing both parties because they both have failings.
