Results: TCS posted Q3FY25 profit at Rs 12,380 crore and revenue grew by 5.60 per cent on-year. The IT major also announced an interim dividend of Rs 10 and a special dividend of Rs 66 per Equity Share of Rs 1 each of the company.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a Tata Group company and the country's largest IT services exporter, is set to kickstart the Q3 FY2025 earnings season today.

TCS Q3 results 2025 are likely to be muted with a marginal rise in net profit and flat revenue growth on a sequential basis. TCS dividend will also be announced today and the company has fixed January 17 as the dividend record date.

On average, analysts expect the IT giant to post a revenue jump of around 6.7% year-on-year to ₹64,645 crore. Profit for the December quarter is seen at ₹12,405 crore. As per the estimates, TCS should report an 11.5% YoY to ₹15,830 crore.

TCS Dividend Announcement In Q3 Results. TCS has announced to pay an interim dividend and a special dividend to its shareholders. In total, TCS will pay a whooping dividend of Rs 76 to its investors.

The software exporter announced dividends worth Rs 20 per share for FY25 so far, Rs 10 each in Q1 and Q2, and if the third interim dividend is declared, the record date for the same would be Friday, January 17.
