Toyota backs Japanese space startup Interstellar to mass-produce rockets
A Toyota research unit will invest in Japanese startup Interstellar Technologies (IST) to support mass production of its rockets, the world's biggest carmaker group said on Tuesday, expanding its foray into the space sector.
Monday’s Toyota CES press conference was all about Woven City, the carmaker’s planned community at the base of Mt. Fuji.
The futuristic community will be located at the base of Mt. Fuji and will aim to have move residents in by this fall.
