A Virginia woman scored a big prize playing Powerball, but it wasn’t her first time to strike it lucky with lottery games, officials said. Jennifer Helfman, from Alexandria, won $100,000 in the Dec. 7 Powerball drawing, about two years after winning $399,392 in an online lottery game, the Virginia Lottery said in a Jan. 21 news release.
