Fort Worth police are searching for a Lyft passenger who allegedly shot a driver multiple times on Cassie Lane.

A Lyft driver was shot three times by a rider who he had dropped off at an address in south Fort Worth on Tuesday night, according to police. The ride-share driver was taken to a hospital and is expected to survive his injuries, a police spokesperson said.

Police say a Lyft driver was shot at the end of a fare Tuesday night in Far South Fort Worth. They were called to an apartment complex near Sycamore School and Crowley Roads at about 8 p.m.
