Hart was key in limiting Wisconsin’s standout forward Serah Williams to 16 points and six rebounds, but just four points and two rebounds in the final 20 minutes. One of the two players nationally averaging a double-double, Williams entered averaging 18.7 and a conference-best 11.4 rebounds per game.

The 23rd-ranked Gophers women's basketball team let arch-rival Wisconsin hang around for a while through the first half but dominated the second half on its way to a 71-50 blowout victory Sunday afternoon at Williams Arena in Minneapolis.

Minnesota’s recent play is one of the biggest stories in the conference. The Gophers have won three straight: 84-81 vs. No. 21 Michigan, 72-67 at Iowa, and 77-69 vs. No. 15 Oregon.
