The nine-time All-Star did not have an NBA game last night, so it was unclear where he was coming from or where he was going. Perhaps he somehow made a wrong turn and ended up on Broad Street.

A car hit and injured three pedestrians in a crowd of people that was leaving the Philadelphia Eagles’ NFC Championship game Sunday, police said.
