FOX 35 Storm Team Meteorologist TJ Springer joined FOX 35's Garrett Wymer on Florida Live to show the melting snow in Tallahassee and what the area looks like the morning after record-setting snowfall in Florida.

Most businesses were already operating on a shorter work week considering the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday and the storm ate into another work day.

Much of north Florida was shut down Wednesday after a winter storm blanketed the region in ice and snow. The state urged everyone to remain off the roads until it is safe to drive. However, that isn’t stopping people from making the most of the winter weather.
