After losing a game for the first time in nearly two months, No. 3 Iowa State looks to pick up the pieces in a return home Tuesday to face UCF in a Big 12 Conference game at Ames, Iowa.

No. 2 Iowa State hosts UCF aiming to extend its eight-game home winning streak. The Cyclones are 10-0 in home games. Iowa State ranks fifth in the Big 12 at limiting opponent scoring, allowing 65.2 points while holding opponents to 40.

UCF basketball had a chance to make a massive statement. A win over a top-10 program at home in late January would have gone far in helping make the case for the Knights to earn a possible spot in the NCAA tournament for the first time since the 2018-19 season.
