My state has had PPTO before Walmart even implemented it and it rolls over every year. Not sure what the Walmart policy is honestly but we get 1 hour for every 30 hours worked I think. I do call in every few months when needed so it's not like I never call out, but it still builds up.

Looks like the only difference is the squaretrade policy does not cover theft or loss, where applecare + does. The last time I tried to check the dates for the previous store I worked at it didn't show any extra dates for that store (or any other stores I randomly tried) and that store always chose 3 extras every time, so it made me wonder if it's not longer possible to check dates for other stores.

People will tip based on ability ascwell as thd efficiency and professional ethics or the driver. But there us only 3 tip options.
